On this episode, Maria is chatting with Kat Vooris. Kat lost her father and her father-in-law to colon cancer, so participating in a burpee challenge on Facebook in support of the Colon Cancer Coalition was a no brainer.

Kat utilized the online community to be more than just a fundraiser and to do burpees. She made it her mission to be an advocate - providing educational resources, spreading awareness, and encouraging everyone in the group to get screened. Kat is an inspiration.
