In 2014, a lightbulb went off. Our goal: to transform the way nonprofits engage supporters. How? By humanizing, personalizing, and revolutionizing social media fundraising. We knew that if we could pull it off, the way nonprofits fundraise would change forever.

Founded by Mission-Driven Leaders
GoodUnited began with a simple idea: there had to be a better way for nonprofits to build relationships on social media.
Nick Black, an Army veteran and founder of Stop Soldier Suicide, spent years on the front lines of nonprofit work. He saw firsthand how hard it was to reach, engage, and retain supporters at scale—especially on platforms where people already spent their time.
Nick teamed up with Jeremy Berman, a serial entrepreneur passionate about using technology for good. Together, they launched GoodUnited to help nonprofits harness the full potential of social fundraising—without losing the human connection that makes giving meaningful.
